GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
